Nihon Tai-Jitsu is a combination of Judo,
  Karate, Aikido, and grappling.
  Age groups include: teens and up.

  Students learn:
  - falling
  - rolling  
  - grappling  
  - defending while standing and on the ground
  - pressure points
  - arm, leg, and joint locks
